Graphixy is a freeware and lighter (140 KB) standalone program designed to get 'x' and 'y' graphical co-ordinates of an image in scientific, engineering & statistical applications and in image data processing. By drawing an image (or) hovering mouse over the pre-loaded image (using Load option), the 'x' and 'y' co-ordinates can be recorded and saved as notepad .txt file The saved data can be exported to Excel spreadsheet and viewed in graph format. Biorec is an open source control software written for Windows operating systems to provide data logging, process monitoring and control for pilot and laboratory scale BioFlo® series (Eppendorf AG, Hamburg/Germany) fermentors/bioreactors. The supported models are BioFlo® III and BioFlo® 3000 (other models have not been tested in action). Biorec supports process automation through a user programming environment that allows controlling pumps, temperature or agitation by mathematical equations. This is a ActiveX/ATL component that shows molecular structures in 3D. It can read atomistic .pdb and .xyz file formats. This control is made very simple and flexible. It may be useful for chemists or other scientists to put molecular structures in presentations such as power point, with the ability to rotate or zoom using the mouse. It can also be used in developing graphical user interface for molecular calculations, and in any programming IDE that allows insertion of ActiveX controls. The intention behind this Lidar Visualisation Toolbox is to provide an easy-to-use, stand-alone application to create visualisations from high-resolution airborne LIDAR-based digital elevation data. LiVT also includes tools like raster file creation from xyz point clouds. A few mouse clicks and some processing time should be enough to go from an xyz ASCII file to a grey-scale SVF image, an LRM map or a percentage map of cumulative visibility. As LiVT does not include a data viewer, additional software will be necessary to display the processing results.
